What is online health coaching?

Rather than being left with their own devices and knowledge to make important decisions about their health, people will seek the help of health coaches, who act as a guide to taking all the guesswork out of your health and wellness journey and get you the results you want. I’m here to provide you with the answers and help you reach your health goals. Sometimes the hardest part of reaching a new goal is consistency and staying motivated. I’m here to help you stay accountable. Rather than search for answers on your own, I can answer them for you. I want my services to be available to everyone and also fit into a person's busy lifestyle. This is why my coaching is online. I’ve learned that I am able to help people just as effectively online as I would in person and have seen my program and have taken the stress out of commuting to an appointment and allowing you to hop on a Zoom call in the comfort of your own home.

Will it take a lot of time and work on my part?

Health coaching is not a quick fix. Remember, we’re not just fixing the symptoms but digging deeper and solving the underlying problems. It will take consistency and time to allow your body to fully heal. Quickly after beginning, you'll begin to see small rewards that will keep you motivated and excited to continue. And when you're discouraged you can always lean on me for support.

Will I have to give up my favorite foods?

No! I don't believe in restrictive eating and fad diets. I believe in nourishing your body with whole foods and rewarding yourself with your favorites without feeling guilty afterward. I actually encourage you to eat the occasional treat in moderation.
