When it comes to your body, there is no one size fits all. Your lifestyle, diet, stressors, and microbiome all play a role in your individual health. This is why I believe so strongly that one diet or one miracle product that promises to have your solution can only fix a small part of the problem temporarily. While respecting the bio-individuality of your body, I will create a plan built on my expertise that is designed for you and is continually tailored to you along the way.

Gut issues are symptoms of a more significant problem. Rather than taking another supplement or trying another diet that leads to nowhere, we will dig deep to uncover the root of the problem through functional lab testing, and build a plan to permanently heal your gut naturally.

The three biggest culprits when it comes to food cravings are sugar, salt, and caffeine. An intense craving is usually a signal that your body is sending when something is out of balance. Together we will restore that balance and put an end to being controlled by your cravings.

There could be many reasons why you don't have a period. The most common I see in the women I help are they have recently stopped taking their birth control, are underweight, or are overstressed.
